- your store's address (yourstore.myshopify.com),
- what you expected and what happened,
- the order number if it's about an order, and a screenshot if you can.
Please don't send your customers' phone numbers or addresses. The order number is enough for us to find the record.
Before you write
Billing
Plans are billed by Shopify. You can see or change your plan in the app's Plan page; for invoices, see Settings › Billing in your Shopify admin.
